Thought it was very tasty. I used a combination of artichoke hearts and brussel sprouts. And I enjoy Hunt’s sweet and spicy sauce. There was a little water on the bottom but, it is what it is! My son had a second serving, my daughter and grandson thought it was great as well. I will definitely make this again!

This turned out well, but there was water in the bottom of the casserole dish. Next time I’ll simmer the pasta sauce before hand to cook off some of the water, and I’ll try harder to really dry the artichokes. I used Ragu Simply sauce. I thought I did a good job of drying the artichoke hearts, but the water in the bottom after cooking makes me wonder. After cutting the first piece to serve, I sopped up the water left in the casserole dish with a paper towel. It’s was fine after that. The chicken meatballs came seasoned, so that was good since the artichoke hearts have no seasoning. I might a little more seasoning next time to be sure the artichokes have more flavor.

It turned out really good. I baked the meatballs in the oven first and also added mushrooms when I baked it just because our family likes it. I also used my own tomato sauce that I had in a jar that I liked. My whole family loved it!

Was a little leary of the artichokes, but the taste was really great. Everyone liked it and my daughter said I need to make again. so this is a keeper. I used Natures Promise Chicken Meatballs and Ragu Simply sauce. I also used quartered artichokes. Saved a step with the cutting and was easier to get the excess water out. 40 minutes was spot on timewise.

Everyone loved it even my husband who doesn't like artichokes.

My entire family really enjoyed this dish! The artichoke replaced the need for a noodle and it was so satisfying.

We didn't reduce the sauce enough but everyone loved it, even our picky eater.
The cook time is a little long, ours turned into "hardened cheese crust with meatballs underneath". Next time we will cook it for half the time.

Great definitely Take the time and brown the meat balls and reduce the marinara. Quick and easy dish and the family loved it!

Very tasty. Did not heat sauce so a bit watery also used 9x9 pan so cheese was a bit brown at 43 minutes.

It tasted really good. If you don't like artichokes you could substitute zuchinni or another veggie in place of it.

Myself and even my teen approves. Very yummy and low calorie. I specially love that it requires few ingredients. Will definitely make again.

Very tasty! I added 2 pounds of spaghetti squash to the pan under the meatballs and turned it into a "spaghetti and meatballs" dish. Even my 6 year old went for it!
