it was good. i wish I'd have seasoned my chicken a bit. go easy on the salt and Dijon.

Very easy to prepare and just as tasty as the more traditional Cordon Bleu recipes. The top got browned and crisped and the sauce was a very nice finishing touch. (I was actually short on parmesan so I used asiago in the sauce instead, which worked well.)

Perfect! It is in our regular menu rotation, cause kids and adults like it, so easy, and pretty! I serve it with French cut green beans fried in 2TBL of butter, with the leftover breadcrumbs and may add some more if needed.

This was great! Made with boneless, skinless chicken breast pounded out thin and rolled with Black Forest ham and provolone. Trussed and seasoned the outside with Chupacabra Cluckalicious and Panko bread crumbs. Last five minutes sprinkled on some grated Parmesan and let it broil. Served with bacon wrapped asparagus and mashed potatoes.
The sauce was excellent too. Omitted the bullion as I didn’t have it in the house, but it didn’t need it.

Not a bad recipe. Good base recipe to expand on with a few herbs like parsley The breasts we used were very large so the cook time was much longer than the 30-35 minutes at 350. More like 50 minutes
