Very tasty- takes longer than 10 minutes to prep due to time to cook bacon. Used half chx broth and half beef stock due to what I had on hand family loved it!

Loved it!! So so good! I do like mine thicker so I had to add some cornstarch/water, but i will definitely make this again and again

Used half and half instead of milk and cream, and used 6 oz of sliced Spanish chorizo. The soup was great on a cold winter’s night! Definitely will use this fast recipe again!

I opted for more potatoes and bacon (my preference) and halved the Thyme measurement (a little goes a long way). I liked the taste with my adjustments.

it was pretty tasty, i halved the thyme and didnt add bacon per my preference. i did add some garlic with the onions and a little bit of butter. will make again!

I used Polis Sausage without nitrates instead of bacon.
