Description

- 2 large avocados
- 1 jalapeño chili
- 1 Roma tomato
- 1/2 cup red onion (finely chopped)
- 1/3 cup lime juice (about 2 limes)
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 lime slice
- tortilla chips

Directions
- Cut avocados in half, remove pit, and scoop out flesh to a medium bowl. Mash with a fork or pastry blender.
- Cut stem off jalapeño. Halve jalapeño lengthwise and remove seeds and veins, using a small knife; discard. Chop jalapeño into small pieces and add to smashed avocado.
- Finely chop tomato and onion. Juice limes and stir into avocado along with garlic salt and black pepper. Gently fold in tomato and onion, then transfer to a serving bowl.
- Cut a lime slice in half and set on guacamole. Serve with tortilla chips.

Too much lime. I use the juice of half of one lime for every avocado I use, and also, use fresh garlic when available, mashed with a microplain zester. Perfect mashed garlic every time. yummy.
