My family says it's the best turkey I e ever cooked. The brine made all the difference!
No modifications needed- making it again for Christmas!

I used this recipe to help me make my very first turkey and it turned out great. Cooking the turkey at 500 for the first 30 minutes caused a terrifying amount of smoke to fill our apartment, but beyond that, everything went smoothly and the recipe was very easy to follow.

I made this Turkey for Thanksgiving and it turned out great. I did use lite brown sugar instead of normal white sugar. I also used a turkey roaster too. But other then that I followed this recipe to the letter. I also used the mentioned brine as well. All in all I will be using this as my go to turkey recipe.

Excellent. I've tried cooking turkies different ways, never came out this well. I did not know about cooking out at 500 for 30 minutes at first. I even used the brine. Best one yet, love it.
