- 1 cup carrots (diced small- about 2 medium carrots)
- 1/2 cup water (from boiling potatoes and carrots)
- 1/3 cup oil (all liquid oils should be fine for this- I've used both sunflower and olive happily)
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. cumin (optional)
