I made it but I suffer from high blood pressure what can I use instead of the vegetable broth

Fragrant and delicious! Pretty easy to make. Sadly, my kids weren’t fans although they love restaurant pho.

Sooo good! I felt so proud of myself after that it tasted just like the pho I get in a restaurant! I used jalapeños and hoisin sauce which really elevated the taste.

Make twice as much broth, use twice as much soy sauce. Include jalapeños and hoisin sauce. Otherwise super good. Note to self: thinly sliced red onions and frozen shrimp would make it top notch.

Meh. Not very good and a lot of work. Julienne veggies? My thumbs say never again! Not a great result for the effort and expense of the ingredients.

Delicious! Will make it again.

I can see from the ingredient list it is missing fish sauce. You can buy vegan fish sauce made from seaweed that is exactly the same flavour as the fish one. This will improve the flavour.

It was not a big hit. It was missing something in terms of flavor. Perhaps a thinner noodle. Easy to make but won’t likely make again. Was not a crowd pleaser,

This was very good and so close to what we get from our favorite restaurant. The only change we'll make is doubling the broth.

I loved it! Very delicious. I also added edamame to it.

Delicious recipe, loved the flavourful soup. I used Seaweed Tofu instead of baked tofu. Added Edamame too.

Great option for households where diets vary. Made for the vegan in the home & simply added some thinly sliced beef for myself. Excellent flavor. Will make again!
