Very good! I would recommend not adding in all of the lemon juice as it was too tangy when I did. I wound up adding a tiny bit of maple syrup and then balsamic vinegar. Would recommend!

Really really good. I’m not a smoked paprika fan, but this recipe is one where it works beautifully.

I had no carrots so used sliced raddish, and i also added diced annaheim pepper.
Finally i used shallots instead of onion and it came out a bit bolder. love it!

Didn't have any spinach, but added some zucchini, red pepper, and nutritional yeast and it turned out bangin!

My husband loved it. That’s all I have to say. Our son and I did too. I’m glad there’s leftovers...tomorrow’s lunch 😋
