Really good waffles! We made a Belgium waffle using coconut butter and it tasted lighter than the others made with cashew butter.

This recipe is literally the best. it's not as hard as Yummly makes it (ive requested it be changed atleast 3 times) and it comes out perfect every time.
-1 Tbsp. coconut oil
-1 Tbsp. nut butter (we use peanut or almond for milder taste)
-1 egg
Now we are happy to leave it that way but here are some things I've added in the past to kick it up a notch; baking powder (just a pinch!), cinnamon, vanilla, monkfruit, sugar free chocolate chips. Its such a versatile recipe, but it does work better in a smaller waffle iron! if you have a belgian like we do, double it up for beet results 🥰
