It was a hit for the b-day party at work! I will most definitely fix this again!!

Definitely putting this in my rotation. Very simple, yet flavorful. I was short on time as I was bringing these to a friend’s house last minute. I used a stockpot instead of crockpot. I combined soups as mentioned, but added an additional 2 cans of water since there was mention in the reviews it being too salty. Let the soups come to a boil for about five minutes and make sure all is combined well before adding the meatballs. I used Wegman’s frozen turkey meatballs (if you follow recipe exactly, you’ll need to buy two packages since one package is 1 lb 12 oz / recipe calls for 2lbs). I let the pot come back to a boil after adding meatballs, and then reduced to a simmer. I let it cook covered for about 20 minutes. I wanted the sauce thicker, so I added about a tbsp cornstarch slurry and brought pot to a boil for about 5 minutes. Then, I covered and removed from heat to transport. We were impressed by how tender the meatballs were and the sauce was the perfect thickness to stick to and smother the meatballs. Next time I think I’ll use these to make a meatball sandwich... sourdough with either provolone or TJ’s caramelized onion cheddar. So many possibilities... enjoy!

It turned out very well! I used the stovetop with some fully cooked meatballs, and the sauce came out awesome!
