Excellent! Couldnt find regular gruyere at my store and ended up using smoked gruyere, which didnt melt properly, but regardless it was delicious!

My 11 year old loved it and asks for it often. Easy to make on weekend and then heat it up and add bread and cheese for weeknight dinner
