They turned out fantastic. I foresee a lot of fried pickles in my family’s future. We did substitute ranch dressing. I now fry/bake my chicken with this recipe.
Fried up Pepperoncinis instead of pickles. Delicious.

great recipe... the breading was nice, next time I'll add dble the cayenne pepper to kick it up a bit. the dilping sauce is wonderful as well.
