Came out tender and juicy. Diced and mixed with curry sauce. Fixed with basmati rice. Quick and easy weekday meal!

I substituted the chicken broth for italian dressing and ended up having to add 6 minutes; perhaps because my chicken breasts were large and really frozen but otherwise it turned out great. My husband appreciated that the chicken maintained a more solid form and better texture than when i slow cook it.
