For Mills- it helps to drain canned fruit the night before in colander and put a paper towel over them. This will help with the runny fruit. As for the bananas, put cut bananas in before serving. They will turn brown. Put enough bananas on top for decoration to avoid brown bananas later.

My kids don't typically go for fruit salad (they prefer just straight fruit). After some bribery to get them to try it, they loved it!! (Even my wife and her parents loved it)

We love this salad. I've been asked to bring it a couple of times for special occasions. I make it as the recipe directs. My simple change was to add the bananas just a couple of hours before it's served. Can't beat the simplicity and ease of putting this together.

Used this as the topping on a fruit pizza I used sugar cookie crust and 8 oz cream cheese 1/3 c sugar and 1/2 tsp vanilla and spread that mixture over cooled sugar cookie crust and added this fruit salad on top I used Walmart brand pudding mix and it rated good I drained the pineapple but used crushed instead of chunks I also added lemon juice because it keeps the fruit from turning brown

This fruit salad was just okay I made it just as the recipe instructed drizzling a little honey over Frits, seems to be a much bigger hit with my house guests probably won't make this again
