I can’t eat this, but I made it for my husband and (incredibly picky) toddler.
They LOVED it!!
I cook a lot and often try to find new and interesting ways to cook, as well as make sure the recipes are relatively easy. Let’s check in is the perfect example of the perfect dinner! It’s very easy to cook, doesn’t take a long time, and best of all doesn’t require a 5 million ingredients.
It only took about 10 minutes to make from start to finish and it was a complete hit. My husband will eat just about anything but he absolutely raved about it. My toddler, on the other hand, is exceptionally picky… And I mean REALLY picky. He devoured his chicken and even asked for seconds! He ate it faster than the homemade mac & cheese I paired this with.
I’m really excited to add this to my saved recipes and I’m thrilled I found something both my husband and son well eat together, so I don’t have to make two entirely separate meals ♥️

Definitely not cooked through after 4 min. Was good flavor. Ended up putting it in the oven to finish cooking it through.

Chicken breasts were not thoroughly cooked after 4-5 minutes on each side so I had to put it back on the pan. Ok flavor, very moist so that was good.

My family absolutely loved it! I used smaller whole breasts so I didn’t have to worry about cutting them in halve, then I made the pockets deep so the mix couldn’t drip out and burn the pan while frying. They turned out just delicious!!

I need to sharpen my knives a bit next time to get a cleaner cut but overall this dish was delish! Will definitely make again.
