Good combination of flavors. I used whole drumsticks so had to pan fry them for about 30 min. They made quite a bit of juice, so the mushrooms cooked into more of a sauce with a bit of liquid. Would be good over mashed potatoes or cauliflower.

Excellent! I did change the liquid from water to a splash of white wine and chicken stock. But honestly this was so easy and quick I can see making this often. Loved it!

Great, very tasty., usually eat white meat but this changed our minds to go for the more moist dark meat
