German Pork Schnitzel

- 2 tsp. schnitzel (Edora, and chop seasoning, http://www.germandeli.com/edoraspices6.html If you can't find this, use a mixture of Seasoned Salt and Pepper)
- 1/2 cup flour (or more depending on how many scallopini's you have)
- 1 pkg. scallopini (pork, thinly sliced pork pieces available at most grocery stores)
- 2 cups corn flakes (crushed, or corn flake crumbs - substitute plain bread crumbs if necesssary)
- 2 eggs (beaten with a tablespoon of cold water)
- sauce
- 1 pkg. Maggi
- oil (Fry prepared scallopines, schnitzels in hot, I use a deep-fryer, but you can do this in 2 tbls. oil in hot skillet for a few minutes or until cooked through - cooks very quickly.)
- sauce
- cucumber salad
- dill
- potatoes
- onions
