Excellent! My family loved it, including my toddler. I was surprised something so simple could be so delicious! I used coconut cream and milk instead of half and half. I also didn't peel the potatoes or squash, so the color was off (not sure how you achieve the golden color with the leeks anyway), but I don't believe in sacrificing nutrition for aesthetics! It was still very presentable.
