I made this tonight for the extended family. I served it with pita bread, tziki sauce, hummus and a Greek vegetable mix and did not have enough meat for 6 adults and 2 young children when cooking 3 lbs. of chicken breast, that’s how much everyone liked this. It was an easy preparation. Will certainly make again but with more meat.

Very tasty I pulled them off into a pita added tomato melted cheese and some mayo. It was delicious!
