Too acidic. But decrease the acid…and all you taste is the oil

I'm trying to get away from refined sugar and I'm not crazy about the overpriced commercial sugar free salad dressings I've tried. This is my third attempt to make my own and this recipe is by far better than my previous two attempts. Thanks.
