Pretty good. I cut everything in half except the milk, and had a hearty single serving.

For a serving of two, I had to use 1 cup of milk (I used oat milk) rather than 1/2 cup. I left out the honey to reduce the sugar. It came out great.

Used my KitchenAid K400 blender to make this. It blended it super smooth and it was very tasty! I added a lemon which added a good kick

Lovley recipe. Used less kale as I find it very overpowering but just added more Spinach.
