These are the perfect, easy shortbread cookie. They have a subtle taste of matcha and aren't overly sweet. Instead of powdered sugar I used caster sugar because that's what I like to use in shortbread. I would definitely recommend theses cookies, and I will make again!

Yummy! My friends love them! They are really nice with some matcha. I'm so addicted to these cookies, it's so easy to eat a whole batch by myself
