I love Morrocan cuisine. I added an 1/8 of a teaspoon of cinnamon & some fresh ginger. I also used 2 tablespoons of evoo & 2 tablespoons of blood orange infused evoo. I only used one teaspoon of salt & I'm glad I did. Otherwise it would have been too salty for my taste. Hubby loved it! Will definitely make this again.
