Easy and excellent! Served the shrimp on top of yellow rice. I have to admit that I did add more ingredients and steps, but still good! My 6 year old loved it too!

This was so good! We had it with a side of sliced tomato, basil, mozzarella and avocado, along with a few good olives. To make it even easier on the grill we grilled it on aluminum foil. You just need to increase the time by a couple of minutes.
