I loved it usually you don’t always finish leftovers I ate the whole dang pan in a day ! So good!

Tasty with the following revisions: substituted 1/3 of ground turkey with ground pork, added sliced carrots and celery. I only had 1/2 cup quinoa. I didn’t have garlic. Still good, a crowd pleaser.

This was great! Used fresh herbs from the garden instead of dried and added red & yellow peppers, a few chopped mushrooms, fresh green beans from the garden, & carrots. 1/2 the recipe since there’s only 3 of us. But everyone agreed that this one is a keeper. Might try it vegan next time by adding beans, lentils, & omitting cheese....

The proportions were a little off. This made a heaping 9 x 13 pan. If I make it again I will use less quinoa. Otherwise it was an alright meal.

This is one of the first meals I've ever followed along with in my life and it came out great. Delicious, filling and simple to follow for a beginner (me)!
