It was super delicious. I’ve tried turkey, beef, and pork versions of this and they are all good. Changes: 1) Mince the ginger with a knife instead of grating it, the flavor of the ginger shines through a lot more 2) double the ingredients for the sauce for every 15 Oz of meat you use (15 oz use 2x, 30 oz use 4x, etc.) 3) serve over rice or noodles 4) use the same pan with the remaining fat from the pork/beef and a bit more sesame oil to cook broccoli.

my family loved this. I've made it twice now in the past two weeks. It's definitely a new staple in my household.

Love this recipe. I will use low sodium soy sauce next time to cut the salt. I used a pkg of microwave jasmine rice and microwave frozen broccoli florets. So easy! Topped with unsalted cashew pieces for a nice crunch.

I doubled the sauce. I would suggest low sodium soy - as the base ingredient in the sauce it was a little salty. I added broccoli.

It turned out great! I loved it and so did my family.

Fabulous! I also stir fried some broccoli in an additional recipe of the same sauce and served both the ground Turkey and broccoli over rice. Yum!

I liked it a lot. Dave didn’t care for thre ginger in it.

The picture is deceiving! It doesn’t turn out red / golden like that! It was yummy though does have a spicy kick just to keep that in mind if your plan on feeding to kids!

2 modifications: I used extra lean ground beef instead of ground turkey and I divided the soy sauce serving in half and filled the rest of the 1/4 cup with coconut aminos. This meal was 100% amazing, specifically for people looking for a simple protein dish to pair with a carb and possibly a fat. Loved it

Turned out delicious! Bursting with flavor!
Mine didn’t look as thick with the sauce but was still great! Thank you!

Delicious. I added a bit of mandarin juice instead of water to thin the sauce and served in lettuce wraps with jasmine rice. I love a little crunch, so I also added some water chestnut.
