Ahh, tasty! Just one note, I didn’t realize that my dashi already has soy sauce in it, so it turned out rather salty. So I recommend checking and adjusting proportions if necessary!

Gyudon was good. I've added some more vegetables to recipe and a bit more Soy Sauce. This recipe is fine for me.

This was so delicious and easy. My boyfriend loves Japanese food and so do I so this was a definite crowd pleaser. The sunny side up egg was like the cherry on top.

The recipe is good, i had to modify it, i add more soy sauce, i used brown sugar (about 1tbs), garlic and pepper
