I make tetrazzini often with chicken or turkey it’s in the oven now and I can tell it’s a hit I used leeks instead of mushrooms, picky kids. Also added a bunch of Parmesan to the sauce and bread crumbs on top. Looking delicious!

We all loved this. Minor changes made. Only used 4 tablespoons total of butter and found this to be enough. I left out the thyme and nutmeg the second time around and replaced them with parsley. I used shredded parmesan instead of grated and thin spaghetti noodles.

Good. Something different. Sautéed onions and garlic with the mushrooms.
