delicious and fluffy, let my heavy whipping cream mix with the cream cheese slowly blend and it fluffed up nicely .

Tastes great! I would use less pudding mixture. I used unsweetened coconut but ended up adding powdered sugar to sweeten it after toasting to give it some flavor.

I put the cake together as the directions said.. after adding the pudding there was no room left for the whipped cream. Even improvising It was a hit with the dinner party.

Oh my.....absolutely delicious!! So light and refreshing. The pudding alone I could eat by the spoon fulls.

I made this delucious dessert in about an hour. I made it for a work potluck and it was a hit and it was all gone by the end and everybody had even gone for seconds and thirds.
