afded 1 cup strawberries replaced butter with apple sauce and replaced nuts with flax and chia seeds cooked for 15 mins

These turned out delicious. I only had half a cup of brown sugar, so I ended up supplementing with regular sugar. I also didn’t have walnuts, so I added some dark chocolate chunks instead. They’re so yummy, a hit with the whole fam.

Delicious, second time I have made them, added mini chocolate chips & walnuts the first time and mini chocolate chips and pecan the second time, delicious both times & will make again!

I used half the sugar and added some dark chocolate chips, and replaced walnuts with chia seeds and flax seeds. Also replaced the butter with apple sauce. And use 4 bananas as they become more moist. They are amazing and my kids love them. Make them all the time

I substituted 1 c regularly flour and omitted the oats and added 1/3 c chocolate chips I had left over. They turned out great! Will make again:)

Came out perfect! I used quick cook steel cut oats and used blueberries instead of walnuts.

Loved them! I made these with pecans and added a couple tbsp of chia seeds. I ended up having to bake them for 19 minutes and felt they could have been a bit more moist. Might try to add a bit more liquid next time.

This recipe is easy to follow, it took about 16-17 mins to bake and about 160 calories per piece, total 18 pieces.

I used almond flour, unsweetened applesauce and splenda brown sugar instead of regular flour, butter and regular brown sugar. Did have to bake them for 25 minutes and yielded 12 at approximately 300 calories each. These muffins are by far the best I have ever made!!! Very moist and even my husband loved them...a keeper!

These were yummy and easy to make. The better was a little thicker than what I’m used to for muffins and cook time was about 8 minutes longer than the recipe called for.

These muffins are terrific! I didn’t have dark brown sugar, so used light brown and also used half the amount of melted butter and the other half coconut oil. I used large muffin tins, so the bake time was substantially longer. Will definitely be a regular recipe. So healthy!

I substituted a flax egg for one of them and added apple sauce for half of the butter to make them even healthier! They turned out great.

love this recipe, so easy to make. I leave the nuts out so they can be taken to school. I also use oil instead of butter to make little healthier. This recipe also makes a great loaf.

These turned out pretty good, but I didn’t end up adding in the nuts inside the batter or probably at least 1/2 cup of the dry mixture because it was turning more like dough than batter. I think more wet ingredients are needed here. I used steel cut quick oats instead of regular oats which gave it a nice texture. I would probably add one more banana next time to really bring out the banana flavor and moisture. I sprinkled chopped walnuts and a small pinch of sugar on top of the muffins to add additional flavor and texture.
