I made these and they are delicious! Next time I am going to add either dried or pineapple tidbits instead of raisins.

These were delicious! I made it exactly as written, no substitutions. Only change was mine were done at 25 minutes, but that is probably my oven. The muffins were simple to make and very moist and flavorful. I would hands down make these again. Thank you for a great recipe!

These muffins are so good! I've substituted carrots for zucchini and am going to try pumpkin instead in place of applesauce for a little variation.

Made a vegan version using ground chia seeds and soy egg nog. Muffins are like a sticky toffy pudding or delicious and satisfying!
