I was too lazy to make the peanut butter from scratch so I use 1 cup of peanut butter and half a cup of almond butter. They were delicious!

I recommend more chocolate. Mine tasted like peanuts. that was a lot of work to just taste like the original ingredient.

Soooo good! Definitely not a Reese’s but for a healthy alternative they’re pretty addictive when frozen

Pretty good. Used preroasted peanuts and I think that threw off the consistency as they were more dry. Will try again.

Amazing! Made Allman butter recipe also and was just as good

This rating is for the recipe as written, not something altered. My mom makes a very fattening, very unhealthy, and very delicious version of these. But these are just as good.

Delicious and easy, loved it

These are addictive! I used 1/2 cup store-bought crunchy peanut butter that has no sugar and added a couple teaspoons of honey. This halved the recipe so I used 2 T of almond meal (I made this with whole almonds in my food processor) and 2 oz of an 85% dark chocolate bar. I omitted the coconut oil.

What is not to love??? These are glorious! My only changes. . . I used PB2 cause I didn't have almond meal. . . And I added an extra Tablespoon of PB2 to make it dryer and easier to work with. . . Remember to refrigerate the filling after mixing it with the honey and almond meal, after scooping it onto a lined sheet pan, and after rolling into a ball and before coating with chocolate . . . Refrigerating or freezing definitely makes the PB so much easier to use. . . I didn't see the need for the oil with the melted chocolate so I have skipped that step each additional time I made these. Also creamy peanut butter works just fine if you don't have peanuts.

Quick and easy to make! Simple whole food ingredients.
Love the fact that it is not too sweet,
you can also substitute almond meal for coconut flour
