- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp. sea salt
- 1 cup 70% dark chocolate (either chips or a bar, cut into chunks)
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
- 12 fresh raspberries (washed and dried very well)
