This turned out great! Instead of putting in the spices I used an organic pumpkin pie 15oz can. I have done it both ways; they are both great.

Moist and cake-like.

Outside burnt before inside baked…My guess bake at 325 degrees not 350.

Amazing, taste just like normal pumpkin bread with a slight banana bread aftertaste

I followed he recipe as is, just added walnuts and chocolate chips and it is delicious. I was attracted to this recipe because she replaced the sugar for bananas, genius!!!

I was looking for a healthy pumpkin bread for my children, at 150 calories per serving, this one seemed too good to be true. I had all the ingredients on hand, which was a fortunate coincidence. The batter came together easily and made the whole house smell amazing. I was pleasantly surprised that it was not too good to be true and my children really enjoyed it. I usually shy away from recipes with no reviews, but am glad I gave this one a chance. The 4 star rating is based on 4 separate review by my children, (scores were 5, 5, 4 & 3 respectively). I’ll definitely be adding this recipe to our fall rotation.
