Delicious. The mashed cauliflower tasted just as good if not even better than mashed potatoes to me, and I’m a huge potato lover. The roasted garlic is just *chefs kiss*. I used a bag of frozen mixed veggies instead of the zucchini and added extra seasonings to the meat and veg mixture. I also added half a block of Neufchâtel cheese to the cauliflower mash, and used lean ground turkey instead of beef. I will be making this again, however I might try adding tomato sauce like others have stated and see how that goes!

Amazing! I added frozen veggies (peas, carrots, green bean, corn) mix instead of the zucchini and added tomato soup to the beef and veggies. I also added 2 tablespoons of cream cheese to the cauliflower and sprinkled shredded cheese on top. It was the best shepherds pie I’ve ever had, didn’t even miss the potatoes. Adds more calories with the cheese but it was worth it to me for flavor!

Sad to report that I was underwhelmed. Maybe I just don’t like cauliflower as a mashed potato substitute... even with extra seasoning as recommended in the comments, all I could taste was the cauliflower. Not a repeat for me.

Really good but I upped the spices by a lot. I used a whole packet of chili seasoning and added butter and light sour cream into the blender for the cauliflower mashed potatos.
So good.

Delicious and healthy added cumin

This was delicious, but definitely lacked in seasoning. I added pepper, parsley, and sage. I also just had 1lb of beef so I added mushrooms and it was great.

Modified some what. Made with roasted garlic and roasted cauliflower with yukon and red mashed potatoes. Puréed them all and added jalepano sour cream. Added salt and pepper with jalepano pepper. Used ground turkey instead of ground beef. Added roasted tomatos, tomato sauce and black and garbanzo bean. Layer them in a pan, added cheese between the layers and let it sit. Went over really well.

It was good but the cauliflower mash didn’t have much flavor. Next time I’ll either make the meat over salted to compensate or as some spices to the cauliflower mash. Also after baking the grease floated to the top so I’ll either add less oil or get a leaner beef. I wouldn’t say this is my go to recipe but I’d eat it again.

Even both kids devoured ig

Great! So much faster than a recipe I had been using. I did add a couple of things before baking. I added tomato sauce and Worcestershire to meat and veg mix. I did not use fresh cauliflower, I used frozen riced cauliflower.
