- 1/4 cup wine (crisp, I used Masi Masianco Pinot Grigio & Verduzzo)
- 3/4 cup shrimp stock (or vegetable broth)
- 1/4 cup light cream
- 1/3 cup Parmesan
- 1 onion (small, finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 yellow pepper (chopped)

This was a good meal, but not great so I probably won’t make it again. With that said, I must confess I substituted the shrimp stock with vegetable stock so I’m sure some flavors were changed. It was still good.

Great recipe…2nd time I made this and I added chopped poblano peppers and sun-dried tomatoes…I also added pasta water once all combined! Great quick recipe!

I always put more garlic and I used both baby arugula, and baby spinach. I also always add a little more pepper, flake for taste! It is delicious! I don’t believe the calories though lol.

Family loved it, my husband had seconds. I will definitely make it again. I did used red peppers and onions next time will add more spinach.

It turned out great skipped some of the ingredients and also added a ranch packet and some other Italian based seasonings. Family loved it!

Pasta was great! I couldn’t find light cream or light cream cheese so I’m not sure how “healthy” my version is lol, but it’s delicious nonetheless.

My family really liked it. I made it with Whole Wheat linguine and doubled the recipe so we could have left overs. I'm glad I did becuase everyone had seconds and we almost finished it. LoL. Have already placed this in my make again pile.

I don’t think I liked the cream cheese being in this, at least not for our tastes. Both adults and a kid were unimpressed. I would not make this again.

My fiancé and I loved it! I made few minor adjustments. I marinated the shrimp in lime juice with olive oil and fresh garlic. I also added some flour, extra butter and milk to the peppers and onions to make a rue. It was not as heavy on the cream cheese flavor. I think I will also try it with chicken instead of shrimp. Mmmmm

Definitely my favorite alfredo recipe. I always add 8oz of mushrooms, and cook the shrimp with some Old Bay. The sauce is super creamy and doesn't dry out like many other alfredo recipes.

I loved all the ingredients. The only thing I changed, There are fully sautéing the shrimp I boiled them in crab boil.

I JUST LOVED THIS RECEIPE ITS SO EASY TO MAKE, AND THE NEXT DAY I JUST ADDED MORE PRAWNS AND SPINACH COOKED IN GARLIC BUTTER TO THE LEFT OVERS AND IT WAS EVEN BETTER..
ITS A KEEPER..
