Tasty, marinated all day. Used thin slices of chicken. Added a medley of stir fried veggies. Could be a little spicier. Would make again.

Very good. Added onions, zucchini and mushrooms. To make more sauce, I kept all the same measurements except used 3/4 cup water instead of 1/4 which I’m glad I did and otherwise I think it would have been too salty for my family’s liking.

It was really good! I used chicken instead of pork (it was all that I had in the freezer) but it was really simple and delicious!

Super flavorful. Used chicken thighs instead of pork and kept all the sauce. Might add more veggies next time.

Pretty good but definitely too salty. The added veggies helped.

I used chicken and only had 15 min marinade but should’ve cooked the meat in all the sauce because it is better cooked than raw to add on top of noodles. Tasty. Not too peanut buttery in case anyone is worries about that. I would make it again! (I didn’t have hoisin sauce but followed the rest of the sauce recipe)

This was so good! I did double the sauce because I am a sauce person. Didn’t tweak the recipe. Followed it to a T. I will be making it again. Next time may add more veggies, cabbage, water chestnuts, bean sprouts.

one of the best recipes i have found on yummly, but i did make a few changes that i was very happy with.
i bought thin pork chops and pounded them out before marinating overnight.
i also made a double batch of sauce and doubled the ginger that was so much better the next day.
i stir fried on hign an onion and carrots, added the pork and then removed the meat leaving the sauce. next i added all the noodles and the rest of my extra sauce. stir until all the sauce absorbs. garnished with cilantro and green onion. meat served on the side.
one of my new favorite meals! thanks yummly!!

Delicious, quick and easy recipe. I marinated the pork during the course of the day not over night and used pork rib eye steaks which were delicious however I would omit the peanut butter next time :)
