I made a couple of additions to add more umami, fish sauce, oyster sauce, fresh ginger and subbed sambal. It is very tasty and nice depth of flavor in stir fry’s.

Really simple to put together. I had a package of cook-in-the-bag asian vegetables. Made those. Put some of the sauce in the serving dish. Heated that up for about 1 minutes. Stirred it up with vegetables and it was great. I used Chinese hot mustard 1 teaspoon instead of mustard seeds. It had zing! Even with the low sodium soy sauce it was a bit salty.

Super simple and tasty. Did not use whole recipe for my stir fry. Look forward to making another stir fry soon.

i used much less crushed red pepper because i'm sensitive to heat in recipes Had just a little bite, so i liked it Didn't have any mustard, do left it out
