I have been hunting for the best cinnamon roll recipe for a long time. THIS IS IT! So happy with how these came out and looking forward to trying different flavors and modifiers that have been suggested here.

Turned out wonderful. This is now my go to recipe. I also added orange zest to dough and cranberry purée to cinnamon paste to half the recipe.

I cut the prices smaller but it was the right size for me also I just used milk and butter combination instead of heavy cream and it came out good but could’ve done more proofing really good

These are delicious. I must say when I put the cream on I was skeptical. They were swimming but oh my goodness! Light and fluffy. I’m kicking all other cinnamon roll recipes to the curb. I added raisins and used the entire cube of butter in the recipe as suggested and I didn’t have heavy cream so I used evaporated milk. Mine baked for 26 minutes and covered with foil the last 4 minutes. Great directions and suggestions.
Honestly only used about 1/4 of the frosting. Next time I’ll just make less.

These turned out amazing! The best recipe I have yet to find for cinnamon rolls. They were so moist and gooey. I added pecans, walnuts, and a little extra vanilla. My daughter had so much fun making these with me. She was pacing back and forth until they cooled enough for the frosting. I highly recommend!

I made a semi homemade version of these which reduced the prep time. I used the box mix called Hot Roll by Pillsbury. Did the double rise as instructed. I used only 2 Tbls of half and half at bake time. Used the recipe frosting instructions, could probably reduce to 1/2 a recipe of frosting for next time. Baked as listed at 375 for 22 minutes. Perfect!
Update 1/1/2023: Made entirely from scratch and used 1/2 the frosting recipe- definetely much better. Used the entire 1/2 cup of cream applied at bake time. Turned out great!

Best cinnamon roll recipe! (I’ve tried quite a few and this is by far my favorite). I added pecans and raisins to a few for a family gathering and they loved them!

Oh my goodness.....This was my very first time making Cinnamon Rolls. My very first time making dough...and these came out amazing! So soft and light, rich and flavorful. Believe all the other reviews. So good!

OMG THESES ARE SO GOOD!! This great because I didn’t have any dry yeast but I wanted to make cinnamon rolls and this worked perfectly! My mom even said they were better than the ones I made that had the dry yeast in it. Like go make them rn, RUN!!!

I bake cinnamon rolls fairly often and and these turned out great! I never thought about adding the heavy cream during baking, but it really made a difference in the texture of the rolls. My new go to recipe!

🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 this is one of the better recipes I've tried. Next time, I'll try 1/2 cup butter instead of 1/3 per the footnotes. Also, I used some bread flour I had on hand which is higher in protein than AP. Will do AP next time to see the difference! Overall excellent recipe! May add a bit more sugar to the icing. ❤ Worked perfectly kneading by hand.

Legitimately the best cinnamon roll I have had in my entire life. I prefer this to Cinnabon. Didn’t have cream but used half and half for the gooey factor and it was delicious. I wouldn’t say they were AS gooey as Cinnabon with the half and half, but they were absolutely perfect. I don’t have a stand mixer so kneaded by hand, and it still worked perfectly. Will be making Christmas Eve for Christmas morning breakfast.

These turned out PERFECTLY. I honestly wouldn’t change a thing. The heavy cream in the pan is the trick. Make these for your people!

Even better than expected! Wow. We’re eating this as I type, and my mind is blown. I let it sit overnight too, and this came out perfect in the morning. I also was pretty lax on some of the steps, like letting it rise, and it’s perfect! Actually BETTER than Cinnabon! No dry spots!
