Great: I halved the recipe for 2 people. I would use just 1 tablespoon of sesame oil next time & I added a shallot & some celery & orange & green peppers. Really good taste & a good way to use up odds & ends of veggies!

Great.
I like more egg And so doubled it.
I didn’t make rice ahead as I like some moisture in mine instead of dryness. I know this breaks the fried rice rules.

Super good and super easy recipe to follow. I cut half the rice with cauliflower rice and used just a frozen mixed veggies with peas, carrots, corn and beans. My family loved it and ate it all. Paired with an asian marinated chicken. Really yummy!

Needs more soy sauce because it is a little bland but the recipe is super easy and turned out pretty good.
