Meh. Not the pretzel flavor I was looking for. Ended up serving with dinner because it turned out more like a bread with a slight pretzel flavor. Won’t make again.

Yummy soft inside crispy thin crust outside
Only thing will make mine even longer and thiner strips next time so it’s looks bigger

Amazing! I looked at some other comments and made a few slight changes but these were absolutely immaculate. The only things I changed were the baking sheet and ratio of baking soda. I have had an instance where parchment paper melted into my food so I just sprayed the pans with olive oil instead and it worked great! For the baking soda I did a 1:1 ratio for every cup of water I did 1 tablespoon of baking soda. I will definitely make these again.

These are so good. Light and fluffy. Put crabmeat on top of pretzels and have a crab pretzel. You will say O.M.G. Will make again for guest so I can hear then oohhh and aahhhh about it! It’s that good!

Turned out great! Mother in law said best pretzel she ever ate, although you should fry these instead of baking! So much better!

So amazing. I thought I put in too much flour but it still turned out amazing and fluffy. These are by far the best pretzels I have ever had. 10 out of 10 would recommend and definitely will make these again. Father, Mother, and Fiancé all loved it.

First time making homemade pretzels. I love ones from Annie’s or even Sam’s Club deli. These turned out a little fluffier inside rather than the chewie I’m used to. Not sure what would make them a little more dense like a more typical “soft” pretzel.

Really yummy! Our oven runs a bit cold so I had to leave them in for much longer and just take them out when they looked done, also made different sized pretzels and was a bit lax on the timing for the baking soda baths but man do they still taste good.

I made pretzels for the first time in my life and they turned out very nice. However, I prefer pretzels a bit more crunchy on the outside - these were very soft. Nevertheless, I will definitely make them again.

I found the pretzels cooked too fast at such a high temperature.
