- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Cover the rack with another sheet of foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Use a knife to poke holes all over the foil.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.

Flavor was really good. Cook time was really off. Wings came out overcooked.

I actually used thighs instead of wings and it turned out great ! For the thighs I did wait 40 minutes

Excellent recipe. The wings tasted great. I think that this may be a favorite wings recipe.

Tasted great however cut the cook time bt 10 or so minutes.

so good I made it two nights in a row, i would say cook for 30-35mins not 40

I think this was a good recipe! Won't leave them in for 40 min maybe 30. Great flavor with the honey and Dijon mustard!! Will absolutely make again!!
