This is one of our most favorite meals. Add some mashed potatoes ( with some of the honey garlic sauce on top) and some English peas and we can’t stop. I didn’t change a thing!
Sorry I didn’t take a picture, I was too busy trying to shovel it in.

It was yummy and had more than enough glaze

I actually used this on Lamb Loin Chops with a 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar in the sauce and worked very well.

Top Notch! Loved it and simple to make!

This was super good! Whole family loved it. Was forced to use a smaller piece of pork (~1.5 lbs vs 3), but working to a temperature ensured it wasn't overcooked and dry. The glaze sauce really was the difference maker as we were dipping each bite into it as we ate!

I’ve made this often and it’s delicious. A digital meat thermometer is a must to avoid dryness. The directions have become hard to read due to many pop up ads. If you cannot change view to reader only, here is Basic instructions: Melt 2TB butter in iron skillet. Combine all DRY spices and rub on loin. Brown In butter and transfer to 350 oven until meat temp is 150. Remove to rest. Combine cornstarch and water. Bring all remaining ingredients for glaze in saucepan to slow simmer. Stir in slurry to thicken. Apply glaze and serve

very nice indeed. surprisingly easy (which is not a bad thing) and certainly makes an impression on guests.

flavor was really good and was easy to make stuff as you went. Not stressful like some recipies can be. Pulled it out at like 45 min cause it was already slightly over cooked. So next time ill probably pull it out at 30 min or so, that way it will be juicey.

I used orange juice and the flavor was good, but I think it’ll be better with pineapple.

VERY good. I like the sweetness of the glaze!

Fantastic !
The glaze is my favorite part. . Seasoning on the meat was excellent.

Delicious! I had less time and put in crockpot on high for 3.5 hrs. and it was still so juicy. Substitute horseradish for garlic and was sweet and tangy. Will make again!

Tasty. I will cut back on the paprika and salt next time

This was awesome. Used pork loans and cooked a fried rice for a side and drizzled a little sauce over the rice. So good!!

Yummly User 3 years ago
Pretty Good! I will dial down the smoked paprika a little next time, but definitely saving this one!

Was great. Tender, juicy and garlicky!

was good, came out tender a little spicy. The glaze was good also

This came out at 146 F, best I've ever made, and the leftovers were delicious over ramen with some Sriracha. Not even kidding. Going to make this at least once a season.

I added a little orange zest to the glaze and it really made it pop!
