This is really good. It was a bit dry after grilling but that could have been me. Next time I’ll baste the chicken with the marinade while grilling.

I used a bit less jalapeño as my boyfriend doesn't tolerate heat well. Didn't serve with sour cream and found it didn't really need it. I have to say this was so tasty!! For such minimal effort it really turned out so well. I will definitely make again but will double the batch and freeze half before grilling. A great twist to the the classic honey/soy marinade.
