    I tweaked the recipe a bit and added way more honey than it called for. 4 tblspn of lime was very tart. After I cooked the chicken, I let that juice boil down to a glaze reduction and it was bomb!!

    Good flavor! Wish the skin was more crispy without being burnt. Maybe add to the broiler for a couple of minutes before adding the sauce. Will make again

    Very flavorful. I did not stick to the amounts. I just eyeballed it and added other seasoning such as onion powder. I also added bell peppers and onions and cooked it longer than it says. I also used the leftover sauce for the rice i made on the side

    This was an awesome quick and easy but super tasty recipe! I added minced garlic to the sauce and some garlic powder to the chicken thighs.

    It came out really good! I did some steamed broccoli on the side, which was tasty in the chicken sauce as well. No leftovers!

    Yum! The sauce was simple and it so easy. Make sure to brown the skin, just like the recipe says. I halved the recipe and it still turned out great. Next time, I will add a little garlic to the sauce to add a little more spice.

    I used skinless chicken thighs and they were very tender and juicy. I served it with white rice seasoned with chili powder, cumin, cilantro and shoe peg corn. Delicious! Very simple to make.

    This was my second Honey Lime Chicken recipe to try. It turned out good but was a little heavy on the lime. If I use this recipe again I will cut the lime and add more honey. Grandpa Bob

    Not sure what it seemed to be missing but wasn’t full of flavor as expected. Will make again but most likely add additional seasonings 👍🏿 Also after sear finish cooking with lid took all crispness away that I gave it. Skin became soggy...will continue to cook but without lid

    Turned out very nicely, looked and tasted great. I added some apples to the pan the final 10 minutes, added a little sweetness to sauce.

    Outstanding dish! The lime and natural chicken juices blended well together. My year old son enjoyed as well. I will make this again. I may try with drumsticks next time.

    This was great! I was worried about the lime being overpowering but it wasn’t at all. Added garlic to sauce. After chicken was cooked, I removed it and thickened sauce with a Tbsp of cornstarch. Served with cilantro rice and black beans. I also liked that it didn’t take long to cook like most chicken thighs recipes👍

    Fabulous! The only change was 2 limes and 1 meyer's lemon to equal 4 tablespoons. My picky daughter loved it. Served it with Lemongrass rice.
