Super yummy I plan on making these again, very easy and a great way to use use up the extra cucumbers in the garden.

I made this for our dinner club. I toasted my pine nuts in a skillet, watch them carefully because they brown quickly. I used Lantana Sweet & Spicy Black Bean Hummus and it is the best. We like our food a little spicy in Texas but this has just the right amount of bite. This is a great spring and summer appetizer and I think you will agree as well.
