I loved this!!! It’s definitely a different texture. It’s like a cross of pie and cake. Flavor was awesome. I added a pinch of clove and about 1t vanilla. We topped it with chocolate chips. I also used a flour blend from gluten-free on a shoestring. The gum free all purpose flour. I will make this again for sure!!!
