I was would not saute. it dried it out and took away all the sauce. 😣😞

This was a great quick little meal. I took the suggestions of adding red pepper but I don’t think I added enough for the heat. Making the corn starch slurry was a bit rough but I think I’ll use some of the beef juices and mix in one tablespoon at a time.

Delicious! Next time I’ll add more ginger snd a few hot pepper flakes, but it was tasty snd soo easy.

This was EXCELLENT… the exact taste I was looking for. I added 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce and sprinkled red pepper flakes with sautéed red peppers and onions! Definitely NOT ordering beef and broccoli from takeout anymore!!

Very good, turned out great. Did not need to sauté For 15 minutes, more like 5-7. Added an additional 1/4 cup water to corn starch and consistency was dead on. YMMV with water depending on the cut of meat.
