While I did tweak the recipe just a smidge; it was absolutely delicious and not hard to do. There was so much flavor and the beef tips were super tender!
Definitely recommend trying it!

I’ve made it twice, second time I forgot beef consume at the store and subbed for regular beef broth. Worked in a pinch but definitely won’t forget next time

Simply perfection. I substituted beef broth for the consomme, using Better Than Bouillon. I also used cube steak, so the already tenderized meat was fantastic. I will definitely make this again, since all picky eaters in my family loved it! Thank you for the recipe!!
