Worked out well and was flavorful. Used 5 chicken thighs for my family and made everyone happy. I may reduce slightly the amount of dumplings in the future.

Simple and tasty! Prepared my dumplings with only coconut milk and flour. Also, only used 4 chicken thighs. This recipe was a perfect amount for my family of 3. No leftovers.
